Points of Interest in Hebron

Gay City Park

Take a tour of Connecticut's industrial past while enjoying the fresh air. The more than 1,500-acre Gay City Park features extinct mill town ruins and stone foundations that visitors can explore. In addition, the park is popular for bicycling, hiking, picnicking, fishing, and swimming.

Tallwood Country Club

This established golf club offers an 18-hole public golf course, 2 putting greens, a chipping/bunker area with a target green, and a driving range. Practice your skills on the course using one of 4 tee placements, or take part in private or group lessons with a PGA professional. Tallwood Country Club also hosts several golf tournaments throughout the year.

Hebron Maple Festival

Every second weekend in March, Hebron residents and visitors from out of town flock to this area for all kinds of community fun: delicious maple treats and cookout foods, face painting, tours of local sugar houses, a quilt show, blacksmithing and woodcarving demonstrations, and much more!
