The Sunday Tour of Homes is a great way to get an overview of what homes and features are available in your price range.  Here is how it works:

On most Sundays we conduct one or two tours of up to twelve homes. The tours run between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. and you can meet us at any home on the tour. Feel free to drive by the homes before their scheduled tour times but once the tour starts, don't be late for the one(s) you want to preview. There may be many buyers and the times are exact. If you see a home on the tour that you are interested in, a second private showing can be scheduled for you (often later that same day). 

No tours scheduled until Fall. Check back then.
