We recently closed on a home after working with Katie. I wanted to take a minute to reach out to you and let you know how amazing the experience was! Katie made this process so incredibly easy for us. From the moment we contacted her for help, she was on top of everything. She made herself available for showings around our crazy schedule, got us as much information as she could on every property we were interested in, and walked us through each step with knowledge and ease. There was not one thing we needed from her that she wasn’t able to provide and I felt like a top priority for her from start to finish. I will recommend Katie to all my friends and family and will definitely work with her on our next purchase. She is absolutely wonderful!

My husband and I decided to buy a new home knowing that we would have to sell our current home, first. We were looking for a new realtor as our last one did not meet our expectations. I called HST and Katie was the first agent to answer. Immediately I felt at ease with her. She took the time to explain what was involved in buying and selling a home. To be honest, I was worried about showing our home with 5 children during this COVID pandemic. Katie was very professional and gave us tips to ready our home for showings. With her help, we had only 3 days of showings with 10 offers! We were able to go under contract on day 4! She also arranged for us to view a home that perfectly fit our needs. She walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. We were ultimately able to close on the home we always dreamed of thanks to our wonderful realtor. Working with Katie made what could have been a very stressful situation, fly by effortlessly. I highly recommend Katie as she does an exceptional job!

Katie has been a great help in finding me a new home.  I found her to be a very efficient real estate agent.  She shows much compassion for her clients.  It is nice to have someone on your side who cares about you and your situation. As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions that I’m sure would have annoyed anyone. Katie St. Germain not only had all the answers prepared but had a way of making me feel, not only ok asking them, but also understood and validated. Throughout the entirety of the process Katie listened to our wants and needs and was quick to let us know if anything fitting our requests was listed. In the end we were able to have a showing and make an offer on our now first home, the very first day it was on the market!! I’ve known Katie for many years so picking her as my agent was easy.  I know I could trust her opinion.  Katie was very attentive to what we were looking for in a house.  At the time I was living out of state and it was during the COVID-19 she made it possible for me to see some houses with a very limited schedule, ultimately finding the perfect house in which we closed on within 30 days.  She guided me through the phases of buying a home.  She recommended a fantastic broker, lawyer, and inspection company.  I was very impressed with all of them. I just want to tell you what a great experience I had working with Katie to find a home! It was so difficult to be looking for a home during COVID, but she made the whole experience enjoyable. She tuned right in to what I was looking for and where I needed to be. She didn't suggest homes out of my price range or styles I didn't want. She was realistic in what homes were worth and provided really good advice on putting together bids. She was patient and kind and said things like "Don't settle, you should have a home you love, and I can see you're not loving this one." I'm now in a home I love, just the right size for me to manage, in a great neighborhood where I can walk, and close to my children and their families. Katie was wonderful to work with and I'm very grateful for her!
