Georgieanna Fisher was an absolutely priceless asset from preparing the house for sale with sound advice about necessary repairs, developing and distributing attractive advertisements, conducting many home visits, and guiding the purchase. She was always there with sound recommendations and very good humor. Selling has become a frightful process that is largely controlled by banks, bank appraisers and home inspectors.
