Firstly, I would like to state that in the sale of our house we had two unique and challenging cases. Both of which Sue did an exceptional job at streamlining and executing as far a decision making. I never felt that we could not count on her and trust her judgment. We have spent many nights talking on the phone regarding our fears, intentions and other emotions that come with potential buyers who may have overachieved in the goal of attaining our house. We were able to use her as a sounding board and knew that she would take action. Especially, if she felt that things were stagnant. Sue was able to give us answers as soon as she got them. If she was unreachable due to commitments with other clients, we were always able to reach an assistant. Mandy also did a great job as far as assisting with information to be passed along or questions we had. She was also prompt in returning phone calls or e-mails. Sue also had great insight and opinions for what would be the best modifications to aid in the sale of our house. In the terms of pricing, we never felt that she priced our house too high or too low. We also never felt pressured to lower our price because she knew its worth. I would highly recommend Sue Esposito if you want the best outcome and stress-less sale of your house.
