As local real estate professionals we are doing our best to keep our agents, clients and employees safe. Like every other business with public access, we have established some protocols to eliminate as much risk as we can while meeting the needs of our clients and ourselves. We acknowledge that these protocols and suggestions may be quickly out of date as this pandemic evolves.
We will not be hosting any public open houses.
We are continuing to do showings on a case by case basis for buyers who need to find housing now for the next 30-60 days. Please, if you are not serious about buying or are unable to buy at this time do not request a showing.
We are making sure that we do not schedule overlapping showings. Meaning that you will not encounter any other people during the showing.
We are offering Skype or other types of video showings. Our listings on our website have virtual tours.
If you want specific information on a specific listing please contact us and we will get you the information electronically.
Our office is staffed with the office manager and some agents are coming and going. We are open but our door is locked. If you want to walk in and /or have an appointment with an agent, please call 860-450-8110 to announce your arrival and purpose of your visit to the office manager.
Our restrooms are closed to the public. No use of bathrooms by agents or clients during showings. Bring disinfecting wipes, gloves or other protection for use on door knobs/handles and other surfaces.
We are sanitizing all work surfaces in our office space multiple times a day.
Please cancel any showings or appointments if you are sick and experiencing flu-like symptoms.
Please don’t be offended if we ask you if you have been traveling recently or had any recent exposure to large groups of people and any direct exposure that you know of. Everyone is being asked, not just you. 
If your property is listed for sale with us please be assured that we are following up on all inquiries and showing requests while working remotely or at the office.
On the upside (if we can call it that) interest rates are cratering, some buyers have postponed their search so you’re not as likely to end up in a multi-bid situation if you find a property you love.
Stay safe. Order some take out from local restaurants (see links below). Share with your neighbors if they need something. Be kind. Listen to the scientists. Listen to the birds. Break out a puzzle. Roll your socks. This too shall pass.
