I am a first time homebuyer and was referred to Georgieanna from my connections. It turns out to be one of my best life decisions to make because she is simply AMAZING! I wish I can find better words to get her credit that she deserves for but I am not a native English speaker. My experience working with her is great. She is VERY VERY professional and she know a lot about the market and things that we wouldn’t know about and gave me her honest opinion about things. Most importantly, she has great work ethics because she wanted to give us what we would be most happy about and make sure that we got new home that we really want instead of earning herself the most money. Furthermore, she has a lot of local connections that were truly helpful for many of our concerns and questions about things like home improvement. Sue knows what she's doing, gets things done, and is just a really nice person! I chose Sue to sell my house when she pinpointed the best price for my house, based on her market survey of similar houses for sale or had sold in my area. Because of her expertise, my house sold very quickly.
 

Robin was supportive, and worked hard to accommodate a month and a half delay on the buyer's side, clean the shower drain while I was still out of the country, helped me dispose of a mattress, and was an all-around sweetie.
