From the moment we met to discuss the house and the best way to present his home, Georgieanna was helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about the trending market in Mansfield. Because we needed to remove the furniture quickly, Georgieanna made sure to have her photographer take beautiful photos of each room while the furniture was still in place, making the listing more appealing to potential buyers. Georgieanna was on top of all the details involved with the sale of the house and communicated each decision promptly. We had dozens of showings during the first weekend after the house was listed, including multiple offers. Georgieanna guided us to find the right buyer, comparing the pros and cons of each offer. Her knowledge of local services including septic, radon, well, and furnace companies was incredibly helpful as we negotiated issues that arose during the course of the sale. She was willing to be at the house to oversee inspections and she even checked on the home once it was vacant. My fiancee and I became first time home owners last November. The last year has left us with many enjoyable memories in our new home with our two children. Jeanne's performance in selling my house at 21 Fairway Drive was outstanding. She had the patience to stick with me to eventually sell the house.  Over the six years while I considered selling, she kept updating me on the price of houses in Bolton.

Once I decided to sell, Jeanne moved very fast. She checked to make sure the house was ready for sale.  She developed a pricing strategy that worked very well.   She selected a sales price that would probably result in bids higher than the sales offer price.  Boy, did that work!   The price bids were geometrically higher than our requested price.   We put up the house for sale on Friday and by Monday we had a bunch of offers.

Finally, Jeanne helped me which offer to select and we had a sale in a few days.  Also, she took care of the paperwork needed to complete the sale. 

Sue is amazing to work with in all aspects of the transaction. Sue is very helpful during the initial process of the home tour and offer letter. Following the accepted offer, Sue and Mandy provided a thorough email including all of the home inspection contingency dates to ensure that the dates are met and the process moves along in a timely manner. They were always available if I ever had any questions throughout my purchase. Overall, it was a very easy and efficient process working with Sue and Mandy and I would definitely recommend them to other buyers and sellers!
