This summer I finally decided to sell the condo that I called home for 35 years. Although I still owned the condo, I already had moved 2000 miles away. I had received numerous standard post cards from different realtors wanting to list my property and usually I  threw them out. One piece of mail caught my attention, as there was an actual letter from the realtor, along with comps from 3 other condos attached. The realtor was Jeanne from Home Selling Team.

I made a phone call and had a pleasant conversation with Jeanne and explained that I would be coming back to CT in a few weeks. When we finally met, I knew I had found the person to help me sell my home. Jeanne was warm, friendly, energetic and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and took away any fears associated with the stress of selling. She brought in a talented photographer who showcased my property, held a well attended open house, and within a week I had signed a contract. Although I had to leave CT before the closing, Jeanne kept me updated and was always available whenever I had a question. I feel like I had the best realtor and gained a new friend in the process. Jeanne was very responsive to all my questions and always made me feel like I was the only house she was selling.  Her knowledge of the real estate market was critical to maximizing the selling price of the home.  Whenever I needed her advice regarding preparations for sale she would always respond almost immediately.  She put in every effort to get the house sold and did so in a very short time frame.  I would use Jeanne in the future without hesitation.

I don’t think words can express how amazing and easy the home buying experience has been because of Robin, even in these crazy times. I don't have enough words to say about Jeanne she is one of the sweetest most down to earth real estate agents I have ever met. When I started the house hunting project I thought no one was going to be able to help us because the other agents I tried contacting were all extremely pushy and got frustrated with us not long after taking us to showings and us not instantly falling in love and putting in an offer. That is when I was referred to Jeanne this women is a god sent so patient and willing to listen and help in anyway she can this poor women took us to over 10 houses and honestly didn't make us feel like once we had to settle.
