We had a very successful house sale thanks to Sue and the staff at Home Selling Team. Sue advised us on how to best present our home and helped set up for the photos. She listened and paid attention to specific details which made our house desirable. She was able to facilitate many showings and provided prompt feedback. She guided us through the procedures and requirements when we had an offer and her competent staff helped to organize the inspections etc. Unfortunately the first offer fell through because the buyer lost his job. Sue immediately arranged for updated photos and new descriptions so the house was relisted quickly. Sue then helped us set priorities when we later had two competing offers.
