My budget wasn’t the highest but she treated me like I was her number one priority. We looked at many houses and I never felt pressured. She was able to find my house before it hit the market and I was able to be the first person to look at it and make an offer the same day. Everything went smoothly and Sondra went above and beyond while communicating with the mortgage company and lawyers office for closing. Jeanne's performance in selling my house at 21 Fairway Drive was outstanding. She had the patience to stick with me to eventually sell the house.  Over the six years while I considered selling, she kept updating me on the price of houses in Bolton.

Once I decided to sell, Jeanne moved very fast. She checked to make sure the house was ready for sale.  She developed a pricing strategy that worked very well.   She selected a sales price that would probably result in bids higher than the sales offer price.  Boy, did that work!   The price bids were geometrically higher than our requested price.   We put up the house for sale on Friday and by Monday we had a bunch of offers.

Finally, Jeanne helped me which offer to select and we had a sale in a few days.  Also, she took care of the paperwork needed to complete the sale.

When I started the house hunting project I thought no one was going to be able to help us because the other agents I tried contacting were all extremely pushy and got frustrated with us not long after taking us to showings and us not instantly falling in love and putting in an offer. The bank process was a breeze Jeanne definitely sets you up for success and shows you the way to getting a dream home and we honestly can't thank her enough.

Having just sold a home and purchased a new home with the help of Sue, I must confirm that she and her team went above and beyond to make every part of the experience smooth and successful. From the first meeting with Sue, it was clear that she is an expert in every part of the process of both selling and buying a home, but what impressed me the most was the way she listened carefully to our unique needs, was very responsive during the new home search process, and explained every aspect of the process to make sure we were comfortable and got the best possible outcome.
