Why Work With HST?

I have been in the real estate business for 20 years. Throughout this time I have come into contact with no less than 70 real estate agents. Until I met Georgieanna Fisher. The agents were all the same, lots of promises with few results. I found a house that had been on the market for less then 4 hours. I met Georgieanna at 7:30 am that day and had a signed contract (both ways) in my hands by 5:30 pm that evening. My working relationship with Georgieanna, will be ongoing until she retires (which I wont let her do). I owe a lot of my success in real estate to Georgieanna, she, by far is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met.

I recently worked with Jeanne to sell a house in North Windham, an estate sale. As I live out of state, I was not familiar with the real estate process in Connecticut. I found Jeanne to be very friendly and easy to work with as well as very knowledgeable about the area. She responded quickly to my inquiries and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Jeanne as a realtor.

Smart, kind, helpful, and efficient! Georgieanna took the sting out of selling our family home by providing us with helpful tips on presenting the house and grounds, and by solving problems before they arose. Although she has a busy business, we felt like we were the focus of her attention. It was simply a pleasure working with Georgieanna.
