Georgieanna Fisher was an absolutely priceless asset from preparing the house for sale with sound advice about necessary repairs, developing and distributing attractive advertisements, conducting many home visits, and guiding the purchase. She was always there with sound recommendations and very good humor. Selling has become a frightful process that is largely controlled by banks, bank appraisers and home inspectors. It is not a pleasant experience. Georgieanna was a jewel that kept it on track to a reasonable conclusion. I was very, very fortunate that she worked with me. I cannot say enough about her overall effectiveness and kind attention to me.

My experience with Brian was fantastic. I have spent a great deal of my life working in some capacity in real estate. That said, I very much appreciated his complete knowledge and honesty relative to his plan to sell my home. Further, he keep me well informed as it related to what and how the  potential buyers interest were as well as any modifications needed.
