When it came time to sell my sisters house because she was going into a nursing home we needed a good real-estate agent. Jeanne Crum was recommended to us. She found a buyer right away and a closing was set up. However, there was a property line problem with the town that needed to be resolved. Through two town meetings and months of waiting this was taken care of because Jeanne was there through it all. The first buyer backed out due to health reasons but Jeanne found another buyer in a short time and we closed on the house. If it wasn't for Jeanne helping us every step of the way this could have taken much longer. Jeanne Crum is a professional, hard working and persistent individual. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house or property. It was a pleasure working with her and we want to thank her for all her hard work.

He grew up in Ashford so he was very knowledgeable about the area which was helpful for someone moving from out of town. After a short  conversation he was very in tune to what I was looking for and was able to suggest some listings which was very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about working with Sondra! As a first-time homebuyer, there was so much about the process I didn’t know, and she made the entire experience feel manageable from beginning to end. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient with all of my questions, and always made me feel like she genuinely had my best interests in mind.
