Jeanne is a fantastic Realtor! She has assisted me or my family with 3 different transactions in the recent past. She is efficient, attentive, easy to get in touch with, and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of buying or selling a home. She has a great personality and goes out of her way to get documents signed and authenticated. Everything Jeanne does is in a timely fashion and is detail oriented. Jeanne is an amazing realtor. Her advice and expertise helped us sell our house with much ease. Jeanne was always available to us to answer all of our questions (which we had many), She handled all the details and kept the lines of communication open between all the players which to evolved into a smooth transaction. We found her easy to talk to and when things got a little stressful, she was able to explain things to us in the simplest way to help us understand and trust the process more. She was always very positive and encouraging. She has great follow through from beginning to the end and we would highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling or buying a home.

My fiancee and I became first time home owners last November. The last year has left us with many enjoyable memories in our new home with our two children. All of this was made possible by Jeanne's guidance, knowledge and promptness. Jeanne always had our best interest at heart and was always eager to assist us in any way she could. She always made her self available to take time out of her day to meet with us and thoroughly walk us through any questions we had. Jeanne kept us smiling even during the most stressful steps of the process while always remaining to be honest and up front with us.She was a wonderful agent and now we consider her a friend. Georgieanna goes above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. She maintains constant communication with her client, follows up with and prompts the other agents; (I sold and bought a new home with Georgieanna's help); and is very knowledgeable about the trade. She also brings in her experience of the building trade and will advise on the condition/cost/and risks of pertinent situations. Georgieanna is also very patient and willing to travel for hours to help her client find "that right home". Her caring demeanor does not end with the signing of the papers. She follows up with her client making sure that all is well. I cannot recommend Georgieanna highly enough. She is a precious asset to HST and has been a gem to me.

Just closed on our home in North Windham, CT. Jeanne Crum was our Realtor. Jeanne got our home on the market very quickly. She helped us get the best possible offer not once but twice as the first offer/buyer (contract) fell through. A huge priority of ours was to close as early as possible during the winter months as the house was empty and we did not want to risk any issues over the winter. We lived out of state from where our property was for sale and Jeanne represented us on several occasions. We were able to close in the middle of winter and appreciated Jeanne's commitment to the process.

Jeanne's performance in selling my house at 21 Fairway Drive was outstanding. She had the patience to stick with me to eventually sell the house.  Over the six years while I considered selling, she kept updating me on the price of houses in Bolton.

Once I decided to sell, Jeanne moved very fast. She checked to make sure the house was ready for sale.  She developed a pricing strategy that worked very well.   She selected a sales price that would probably result in bids higher than the sales offer price.  Boy, did that work!   The price bids were geometrically higher than our requested price.   We put up the house for sale on Friday and by Monday we had a bunch of offers.

Finally, Jeanne helped me which offer to select and we had a sale in a few days.  Also, she took care of the paperwork needed to complete the sale.
