Just closed on our home in North Windham, CT. Jeanne Crum was our Realtor. Jeanne got our home on the market very quickly. She helped us get the best possible offer not once but twice as the first offer/buyer (contract) fell through. A huge priority of ours was to close as early as possible during the winter months as the house was empty and we did not want to risk any issues over the winter. We lived out of state from where our property was for sale and Jeanne represented us on several occasions. We were able to close in the middle of winter and appreciated Jeanne's commitment to the process.

Amazing experience working with Sondra. The buyers for our home we only got because Sondra knew so many agents, and the price we got was beyond anything we could have thought or asked. She’s always available and is so quick to respond. Great house photos, great lenders, great team. It’s not the first time working with Sondra and it’s been great and she’s got us through some tough times and both helped us buy and sell homes.

Robin Blomstrann’s persistence is truly unmatched. She facilitated an extremely difficult sale for us and was able to hold a deal together that likely should have fallen apart. She was extremely responsive and always kept us in the loop. I would highly recommend enlisting her services due to her knowledge, patience, and people skills.

Brian was very helpful in giving recommendations for getting my house ready for sale. He was very thorough and knowledgeable which helped the house present well. I had an offer within two days of listing the house. And then he followed through with the many details that were necessary to  complete the house sale. I would definitely recommend Brian. I had thought about trying to sell my house by myself and am so glad that I had Brian's assistance. It was well worth the money.

Georgiana Fisher showed me few houses and helped me find a lovely house near my school. She is nice and friendly. After purchasing the house, she bought me a gift and she is still helping me with everything that I don't know or I'm not sure. I would highly recommended her to be ur realtor!

Sue has helped me sell two homes and purchase one. Each time she and Mandy handle every detail with such care. This most recent time was during an especially difficult time when I needed to help my mom sell our family home. Sue and Mandy handled every step so perfectly and made it so much less stressful. I cannot emphasize enough what a special person Sue is and that she isn’t just a rockstar realtor (which she is the absolute best), she is also one of the kindest, most compassionate and inspirational individuals that I have had the privilege to know. Happy New Year to you. I felt that I needed to write to you to let you know how satisfied I was with a couple of your co-workers. Jeanne Crum was my realtor, from a referral that I received. My father passed away in January 2023 and I had the task of selling his house. My parents had the house built in 1971, so my task was overwhelming, needless to say. 

Once I had the home 80% cleaned out and ready to show, I contacted Jeanne in August. It was difficult for me emotionally to sell this home that I grew up in. Jeanne was very compassionate and a strong support system for me, in the beginning and throughout the process.  Steve Galinat, assisted Jeanne with the open house.  We made a plan to show the house in late August and it was sold within a week. However, the inspection came up with some issues and the buyer backed out.

It happened that Steve had a young couple that he was trying to find a home for, and brought them to see the house. They fell in love with it and made an offer. It ended up being a 100% financed U.S. Government loan. The inspection came up with a list of failures and so did the lender. Honestly, it became a semi nightmare for me, as well as Jeanne and Steve.

I felt that I needed to give this young couple a chance to get the home that they were so excited for. In order to do that, Jeanne and Steve had their work cut out for them as they provided me with contractors. I live in Boston, so I didn't have clue on who to get or how to proceed. So, the contractors were in place and both Steve and Jeanne helped making sure that everything happened, for both the buyers and myself.

After every task was completed, to my understanding, Steve took photos of the completed work and sent them to the U.S. lenders, to keep that process moving forward for the buyers. We finally were able to close December 12,2023.

I can't stress to you enough on how Jeanne was so incredibly helpful to me and a rock for me. She knew that I couldn't just let this home go to anyone because of my emotional attachment and her and Steve were able to find the PERFECT buyers for me to let the house go. It was incredibly expensive for me to persevere, but in the end, it was worth it for me to do so, as the couple are EXTREMELY grateful for me giving them the chance.

Sondra sold our house in record time in Coventry lake. She accommodated our crazy work schedules, my temper lol and still cared more about what was best for our family and not a quick commission. She got to know us on a personal level so that she only showed us homes that would truly fit us. She started as our realtor and now is a friend. I recommend her as a realtor and always will.
