I can’t think of enough good things to say about Georgieanna, I really can’t. This was my first time selling and buying a house and she helped us with it all. She goes above and beyond the job to keep the train on the tracks and to make sure all sides of the equation are doing their part. She’s also ALWAYS available. She responds late at night, early morning, and even when she’s away for the weekend. She never hesitated once to drop everything to help us. All of her advice was accurate and listening to her really paid off. We must have seen 10 homes in our search and she never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Plus she does all of the research right down to who did the foundation! She’s wonderful and if you need a realtor I highly recommend her. And she’s so damn nice!

I just want to tell you what a great experience I had working with Katie to find a home! It was so difficult to be looking for a home during COVID, but she made the whole experience enjoyable. She tuned right in to what I was looking for and where I needed to be. She didn't suggest homes out of my price range or styles I didn't want. She was realistic in what homes were worth and provided really good advice on putting together bids. She was patient and kind and said things like "Don't settle, you should have a home you love, and I can see you're not loving this one." I'm now in a home I love, just the right size for me to manage, in a great neighborhood where I can walk, and close to my children and their families.     I wanted to send you a note about my experience with my home search and purchase of 274 Mansfield Ave in Willimantic CT. I met Jeanne while trying to find a home independently. I was interested in a home that she was the listing agent and was soo impressed by her openness and willingness to assist me I asked her to be my agent when that home did not go my way. As you know the market is very tough right now and I was looking for specific items to accommodate my personal needs. Jeanne always gave me candid and informed opinions based on my need. She was such a trooper as we went into some very questionable properties in my search. Jeanne is such a great asset to HST in my opinion and nothing can compare to decades of experience. When I did find a home. Jeanne handled the closing agent needs without much direction from me. It was such a pleasure knowing she was watching and making sure we hit all items on time. Sondra stood by us throughout the process of selling our home. She provided us with advice on how to best show it, and also on what to do and not to do to get it ready. She was always prompt about returning our calls and answered all our questions. She gave us encouragement when we needed it.
