Why Work With HST?

I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Jeanne (a long-standing family friend) on purchasing my first home.  She was extremely knowledgeable, as well as expedient In relaying messages between the seller and myself.  Any questions I had she answered promptly and politely.  I would absolutely work with her when the time comes again.  She is professional, polite and well mannered when it came to the process of buying/selling real estate.  

I highly recommend Georgieanna Fisher. She really listened to what was important to us, and she knows so much about the area, that we learned a lot about the surrounding communities as we were looking at houses. She is super fun and easy to hang out with, so that house hunting did not feel like a chore. She helped us ask the right questions, and helped us frame our decision making in a way that never felt intrusive. She helped us negotiate a good price, and was willing to serve as an advocate for us on site, as we were still living in another state throughout the negotiation process. I will gladly recommend her to anyone need to buy or sell a house, with absolutely no reservations.

Brian sold our 63 acre lot, in a matter of weeks!. He reached out to all landlocked neighbors and did a fantastic job marketing our property. Brian sold our property at a price higher than we had expected. I would not hesitate to use Brian McCarthy for our agent again. He is great at communication which many people today are not, he is honest, reliable and a person you can expect to do his job

As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions that I’m sure would have annoyed anyone. Katie St. Germain not only had all the answers prepared but had a way of making me feel, not only ok asking them, but also understood and validated. Throughout the entirety of the process Katie listened to our wants and needs and was quick to let us know if anything fitting our requests was listed. In the end we were able to have a showing and make an offer on our now first home, the very first day it was on the market!! I will forever be grateful to the part she played in getting the home where I plan on starting my family.

Georgieanna is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor. She was a great communicator and was always there for me for every step of the way trying to find a home and for the purchase of my home.
